One phone screening followed by an in-person interview. It lasted about 4 hours total and involved presenting my PhD research, followed by questions. Then pairs of interviewers met with me to ask questions. This occurred for three 30-minute sessions.

They asked me how my research could be applied to the chemical processes that the interviewers worked on.

The interview process was a 3 Step process with technical portion. One of the interviews was in the form of a panel while another was a technical interview with an engineering question and an allotted time to answer the question.

A few weeks of hearing nothing between rounds then would have another interview. Very friendly interviewers who helped if you weren't sure on some of the technical questions. Overall good experience.
