Multiple interviews, with the final interview including CEO. The process went smoothly and efficiently. The first round was a phone call, then a teams meeting, then an in person meeting, and then a final interview that included the Chief Executive Officer.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in five years, personally and with work?
I applied online. I interviewed at Airline Hydraulics (New Brunswick, NJ)
Interview
Was very different from most places I have interviewed. Was a teaching experience as well as personality evaluation. My resume wasn’t looked at once. Didn’t care about projects or skills wanted to see if I was a fit and a brilliant young mid. Didn’t really like how they kept saying school was useless. As if I didn’t need a degree to apply, but if I didn’t have one they wouldn’t even consider me. Found out later position wasn’t even available. Definitely would apply for a full time job later on.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Airline Hydraulics (Bensalem, PA) in Aug 2014
Interview
4-5 people. Very disorganized. Didn't really know how to interview people. I would not recommend working for this company. The manager who hired me quite within 3 weeks of my hire.
