Very laid back, met with a member of upper management, spoke with HR where they spoke about the future of the company with its new manufacturing plant and some history of the company. Was also asked to take a wonderlic test.

Age discrimination exists in this company! Don’t waste your time - doesn’t make a difference if you are qualified. Amazing since the company appears to have a hard time find qualified candidates.
