I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Airtable in Jun 2020
Interview
Terrible? Disorganized? Zero-value-add? Overall, I suppose it was a fantastic way to set the worst possible first impression for a company to any and all perspective employees. Some may read this as I'm bitter for not getting selected, but I can assure you, that's not the case. If I'm not the best candidate, then I shouldn't be selected - no issues there at all. The problem I have is the very same that everyone else here has already complained about. Horrible communication, late to the call, completely disorganized, CLEARLY an outsource talent acquisition team that only knows about the company they're hiring for what is on their little cheat sheet in front of them. What a huge disservice many of these tech companies are doing to them selves by having Greenhouse or some other third party company handle initial candidate recruitment. N need for me to go into a bunch of specifics and details about how bad the process was and why, as it's all here in the other reviews... over and over and over and over again. Good luck! Sounds like if you make it past the train wreck that is their recruitment process, it may be a pretty cool place to work.
