Interview
Not productive. Felt like decision was made before interview even happened. Not sure why they bothered with the interview at all. Interviews were cold and disinterested from the get go.
I had two rounds. Both were very conversational, although some difficult / pointed questions were asked. Nothing out of left field though. Felt like they were fair questions and nothing out of ordinary.

Interview
Demanding, but good people and they are just seeing if you are the real deal or not. Nothing crazy or surprising, if you have chops and can hang in that environment they will be able to tell rather quickly
