nterview Experience:
The interview process started off well with clear communication and structured rounds. I completed my interview on March 25 and was informed that I would receive an update.
However, despite following up, I did not receive any response or feedback. The lack of communication after the interview was disappointing.

Cons:
No follow-up or feedback after interview
Communication could be improved
Advice to Management:
Improve communication with candidates by providing timely updates, even if the decision is negative.
