1st Interview is an HR interview,
2nd Interview is with the commercial manger,
and the 3rd interview is a presentation of what will you do in the role and how you can manage the sales process of one of the products.

What is your Sales plan during the Covid 19 crisis?
The interview was not particularly challenging; it felt more like a relaxed, conversational discussion rather than a formal assessment. The focus was mainly on getting to know the applicant’s personality, communication style, and overall demeanor, as well as determining whether they would be a good fit for the role and the team culture.
