I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Al-Ahly Momkn (Al Ma`ādī)
Interview
I must say the software development team itself was very good and respectful and technical interview was good. However, the whole problem was with the HR and their disorganized process.
First, the HR contacted me and said the position was for a Software Engineer role, and even sent an email confirming that. Later, I discovered it was actually for an internship. The hiring process was not clear at all, they mostly accept referrals, and the internship offers very low pocket money for 3 months, after which they may consider hiring you.
Communication was also very poor. I never received any replies to my emails, and it was extremely difficult to reach HR by phone or message. I also never received any feedback after the interview.
The interview itself went normally until the topic of the internship salary came up and I asked why not have a probation period instead, after which things went downhill. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unorganized, despite the positive impression of the technical team.
