Al Khalili Group interview questions

There was a telephonic interview followed by 1 to 1 interview by consultant and final interview by a panel from employer. The questions were hardly anything technical. Mostly generic questions spanning career and career achievements. For procurement one unexpected question was how do you ensure your staff is ethical and if someone strays around how you would find it out. The settings were friendly. No tension at all.
