The four panel interview members asked previously prepared 10+ questions which do not measure a candidate's qualities and abilities properly. At the end, they thanked and the interview was over. They even did not let me ask my questions. Even if I was selected, I was going to decline the offer. Four people were not needed for a 20 minute interview because all they did was write down the answers. They did not want to go into the details of my answers. It was very unprofessional.
