Alarice International interview questions

It's a phone interview with the boss, she was nice to me, I was appreciated. But in a small company you have a higher chance to meet some low-class employees, so that's the case for me. I went there for a trial day, submitted two assignments to different employees, when I came home, my email account (the one used for assignment submission) was banned by their server, for that reason, the system kept sending me some annoying automated emails. As a newbie, you feel like many of them are the boss of you in that company. Some of the girls are nice though, low-class or not, it's always an individual case. Anyway, what you can expect more from a small company.

The whole recruiting process is quite efficient. After sending the application, they asked some basic questions on the phone and sent me a written test a day after. Then after submitting the written test, I was asked to go to their office to do a task and a face to face interview for half a day. About three days after, I got an job offer. The whole process is systematic and formalized. They also had phone call follow up after each interview process, which made me feel they take every step seriously. Though I got another job offer, I feel like they are professionals to work with. I look forward to working with them if there are any opportunities in the future.
