There were about 7–8 rounds of interviews, including 4 virtual rounds and 3–4 back-to-back in-person sessions. After investing so much time and repeatedly following up via email for updates, all I received was silence. I completely understand that after such a lengthy process the outcome might not be in my favor, but at the very least, candidates deserve communication. This wasn’t just the first stage—we’re talking about nearly 8 rounds of interviews.
