Interview
Initially the HR person explained the format of the interview and gave some background about the role and the company. Interview questions were situational and required me to reference my past experience in answering questions. The manager and his boss conducted the interview. The situational questions were followed by a case study where I was given half n hour to review a case and then had to present my solution (using the whiteboard if desired) to the interviewers.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation full of conflict?
Panel interview with a business case type presentation and behavioral questions. Interviewers were very nice and asked challenging questions. Interview was done remotely as the company still operates in a hybrid environment.
