Meet the hiring manager first and then the h.r. (advisor?). It is a strange sequence to me. I was wondering about for a sec when the hiring manager left me with the h.r. Basically, the hiring manager spent 45 minutes talking about the three big sections in the job description and was very satisfied with my qualification. She event told me the 4-week vacations and all perks employees there could have. With the hiring manager, she just repeated what the hiring manager asked. Strange to me again. I had to repeat all the answers to the hiring manager again, which made me look like a pupil.
