Interview
After working as a Java developer for 3+ years in a service based firm for a Telecom Client, I started searching for new job to join a product firm in Telecom sector. Got call from consultancy to attend Alcatel-Lucent interview. Total 5 rounds (2 Technical + 1 Manager + 1 Director+ 1 HR) in a day. First 2 technical rounds were bit tough where they probed some questions on core Java. Remaining rounds were pretty easy with just some overview questions on the networking side. Once the interview went fine, the day evening HR asked me the docs to submit through mail. Next day I got the Offer.
