It was easy. The manager shows you the lab and you ask questions. You will then interviewed with the director but No technical question. Technician is an Entry level position.

Phone interview that asked basic questions like "Tell me about yourself." After the interview hiring representative Nathan Wicker will then send you to a fake personality inventory that resembles a social media "quiz" with a check list of "traits that describe you." After he gets the results back he'll tell you they've moved on with a more qualified candidate. Unethical HR practices.

Interview
I applied online through Indeed.com and was contacted within a week. I scheduled a phone interview, and we conducted a roughly 20 minute interview where the employer mostly described the position and what she is looking for. Afterwards, she sent through email a link to an online personality test I had to complete.
