Interview
Alderman contacted me via email to let me know that I had been selected to interview for the position. I arrived on the day of the interview and it lasted about an hour. After the tour, we sat in a conference room and had a proper interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Alderman (Fishers, IN) in Jan 2017
Interview

Interview
Interview process was simple. The usual three meetings with about a week between them. Standard drug test. You would do a tour of the building and have an off site meeting to talk about the job a second time.
