I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aldridge Electric (Libertyville, IL) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward. All conversations were conducted through Zoom. The first call was with a representative who explained the interview process and answered questions you might have. Three rounds of interviews followed; first with a recruiter, next with the director of the Assistant Project Manager Bootcamp program, and finally with a current Project Manager. Everyone I interviewed with seemed genuinely interested in my experiences and was looking to have a good conversation. I received an offer letter the day after my third round interview, although I was told that one or two more rounds might be necessary during the interview.

Interview
1 phone screen and 2 interviews. The company is forward thinking and the process was smooth. I enjoyed speaking to the leads in each department. They were upfront and honest about the job.
