Alen Corporation interview questions

It was an informal interview process, folks seemed passionate about air purifiers. Asked interesting questions about air quality. It was a longer than expected interview. I ended up getting an offer.

This was disorganized and very unprofessional, I was contacted by a recruiting originally but waited 3 weeks to coordinate an interview. The interview process was overly complicated and long ( met with 6 people over 2 weeks) was asked unprofessional questions and things that might have been illegal to ask. Overall I was offered the job but declined, something is very wrong at Alen.
