Interview
First i got a call from HR then F2F is schedule with Project Manager .
Let me give me a brief idea about as soon as you enter the office you will feel something wired , i will say not a positive vibe .Everyone is Good from HR to Interviewer everything is in line .
I have waited for 10 Mins which is quite ok no issues with that .
So here comes the interviewer we started with light conversation which was good then we moved to technical questions ,core telecom domain questions from Postpaid call flow , various postpaid scenario , prepaid scenario, they will ask you end to end Telecom process as well as AAA, Radius, Diameter,PCRF, light questions on Unix,Sql and couple of behavioral questions . The Project Manager seems to be Nice Person .
I have cleared first round so called for second F2F with there Director who looks very bossy ,After couple of questions he then came to my number of job changes as i have changed couple of companies before , he told me carry on with my current org. which i quite ok but if he gone through my Cv before he can take the decision before in that way he can save his time as well as mine .
Most of there project in Africa region so ask the country before you join you know its always good to know :)
