3 rounds: HR, financial test and Head of Investment Department. HR is super relaxed, tes has average level of difficulcy. Talk to Head is the hardest round because he is absolutely hands-on guy

HR can ask you few questions , but the interview will be with your future manager. You'll be asked about your previous experience, and answers like "I did it 6 years ago and I don't remember how it works" - not OK! You should have good explanations about all previous job functions in your CV.
