First interview - about 20 minutes, standard questions with a recruiter. Second interview with the hiring manager and the Head of Customer Service. It lasted 40 minutes. The questions weren't difficult but they seemed to be surprised by the fact that hadn't use SAP or a similar system although it was clear from my CV and the first interview.
