Referred by my friend, got interview invitation at at ant financial Singapore office almost 20 days later directly from the department head. According to the manager, it's because of his own problems, my CV stayed at his desk for more than one week until he called me. The interview went well and the feedback seemed positive. The I happened to know, there was only one headcount and they already hired someone, which means they were not going to hire anyone but still called me for an interview??? After the interview, I wrote three emails to the manager, no response at all. It showed no respect to those prepared candidates. Hope it will do a better job in the future.
