Applied through the company’s job portal and received an email from HR about three weeks later for an in person interview. Due to the location of the job, the interview was conducted in mandarin. Lasted about 45 minutes, and received a decision a week later. After the interview, I feel that there were some discrepancies between the job posting and the role they’re actually looking for. I also felt uncomfortable because the interviewer asked a question that felt like an attack of my personal characteristic.

Con el responsable directo de la categoría, todo bien, sin embargo, en la entrevista final la responsable llegó 45 minutos tarde, no extendió ni fijó una nueva fecha, después hizo ghosting. Tuve que preguntar por el status de la candidatura y tras varios intentos desistí. Preguntas inadecuadas. Poco formales.

En la primera fase con el responsable directo de la vacante: preguntas relevantes y de capacitación para el puesto, challenging. Muy buen feeling, ganas de trabajar para ellos. En la fase final: si tenía familia y disponibilidad pata echar horas extra sin cobrarlas. Inapropiado, ganas de huir.
