I applied in person on a friday and filled out the application there. When I turned it in they said that I would start on Monday so show up at 8 am with scrubs on. There was no interview i simply got the job. Wish there was a more serious hiring process because they have a lot of lazy and corrupt cnas.

Interview
Meet with Nursing Director and described experience. She told me about the facility and explained that it was locked at all times for the safety of the patients and employees. They only have one nurse and two CNA's on the night shift. She then toured me through the facility and introduced me to a few people.
