Un entretien RH + entretien techinque L'entretien techinque c'était un HomeWork assessment (solution technique pour acquisition de données binaires d'un instruement). J'ai bien developpé une solution en respectant les consignes et le temps qui demandent de ne pas dépasser (2heurs), Ma solution marche parfaitement et valide toutes les tests. J'ai rédigié un Markdown pour expliquer et commenter ma solution en détails. Le retour ? un refus et un arrêt de process direct sans meme m'appeler pour parler de la solution, sous pretexte qu'ils cherchaient une solution en utilisant un certaine technique, alors que dans les consignes c'est bien mentionné le plus important que toutes les tests cases seront validé et pas de contrainte ou requis sur la solution!

What was extremely surprising was that they refused me at the end because I was too honest when answering the question of why I want to leave my current company even though they asked that question at every step of the interview. They wanted me to focus more on why I’m joining them even though that wasn’t the question. This means that someone who lies and only compliments the company would have a better chance at being accepted than someone who is honest
