I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Alight Solutions (Winston-Salem, NC) in May 2019
Interview
The interview was the best I have ever had. They start you off in a group meeting to introduce the company and give you a little bit of information. It really helps settle the nerves you would typically feel when going straight into an interview with no preamble. If you pay attention to the presentation, they actually will clue you into the questions you are getting ready to be asked. The questions fall into one of the four or five categories that are part of the companies culture. (IT’s an acronym I can’t seem to remember at the moment)

Question 1
What has been one of your biggest mistakes (at work) and what did you learn from it.
The interview was simple. After applying, I got an invitation to do a self paced virtual interview. About 2 weeks after that I received an email letting me know that I would be receiving a call about my application. I received the call and was offered the job. The process was pretty simple and quick.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to prioritize tasks to meet a deadline?
It took a while for the whole process to finish. Background check took almost a month, equipment arrived literally day of training . Very self explanatory it was a series of questions answered verbally or through text. Than received an offer letter 2 months later

Question 1
Explain a time you had to handle a difficult customer
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alight Solutions
Interview
Alight's interview process is fairly simple/easy. If I remember correctly there was a questionnaire portion that had to be submitted first as like a first round interview. Then, if selected, you schedule the video interview. The HR rep that interviewed me was really nice, very relaxed.

Question 1
I don't remember verbatim but I do recall having to provide an example of how I would handle a customer escalation.
