The interview process consisted of a phone screen, then interviews with hiring manager, director, team, etc. They rushed candidates through the process. I know that sounds like a good thing but when you add up the amount of time spent talking to candidates, it added up to only 2 hours and 15 minutes. I was in the final round so it's likely they spent the same amount of time, plus or minus 30 minutes, with the other candidates. This was for a senior position and the rush did not make sense given the seniority of the role. The recruiter acted as if this was just something she needed to get off her plate as soon as possible.
