Aligned Automation interview questions

Someone from recruiting reached out to me and asked if we could set up a call. We agreed to a date and time. No one showed up to the call and I didn't get a message until a few hours after the scheduled call. We rescheduled. I was told it was just going to be an initial discussion about the role but it turned out to be 1 hour of live coding and technical questions from someone who I don't think had a great understanding of Python. I've been ghosted since. This was held in a very unprofessional manner and has given me a poor impression of this company
