HR recruiter reached out to me for initial HR screener call. They provided a link to their calendar to see what day works best for me, but upon giving my date, they asked if it could be some time the following week, which was fine with me. That day comes, and I spent 15 minutes waiting for their call which never came. Promptly sent a follow up email asking if they could potentially reschedule to another date. However have not heard anything back from them, a MONTH later after their last email reply. Will not bother applying to any further position in this company based on this experience.
