Interviewed with 'VP' on phone and was very surprised to be asked to submit a pitch deck after call - then if they 'like' your work they ask you to complete an unpaid 'response for proposal' as 'the next step'. Only then when you've done all this free work/consulting is there a chance you 'could' be called in for an interview. Bottom line, appears these people are just out looking for free content, example decks from other big agencies you've worked at that they can rip off, and free ideas/content from unsuspecting candidates. This is also backed up in the company review section (1.4 stars across board, another red flag) from former employees who mention 'shady interview and free content sourcing practices'. The company also list the same jobs under different titles on job sites to source candidates. It also sounded from what I heard during phone interview in general that they have no clue what they're doing. Massive red flags here. Be warned. This is a massive waste of time, unless you're prepared to work for free and be taken complete advantage of with zero pay-off.
