After two weeks of applying, they told me I was short-listed for a test. They asked me to partake in a long unpaid writing exercise, and it did. I sent the assessment before the deadline, after working on it for more than 8 hours. I received an email, after two more weeks of waiting, with what it seemed to be an AI generated -very generic, response. They simply said I wasn't moving forward and provided no feedback whatsoever. I was so disappointed. After all the effort, time, and energy I put into that application process, they were not considered enough to just provide an explanation.
