I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at All Star Sports Instruction in May 2022
The company gave me an assignment and I passed. Then I got the email and scheduled the time for the meeting. The HR asked me about myself, the idea or process of this assignment, and other thoughts about this job. You can also ask them questions about the company and its culture. They are very nice people.
- Q: Please tell us something about yourself Q: How did you do the design assignment, what inspired you Q: Where did you hear about us Q: How do you think about this job (being an apparel designer) Q: Do you have any questions about us?

Just ask a couple questions why you wanted to become a coach. Are you good with kids. Can you handle difficult situations between children. They just want to know what your skills are and if you could handle difficult situations in a patient manner
- How are you with kids?

Was simply asked if I would like to help younger children learn the fundamentals of sports. I had previously knew the regional manager that worked at my gym, and he offered me a position for the summer.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at All Star Sports Instruction in Aug 2010
Talked with boss through email to set up a time to talk. I went in and had a EASY 1:1 interview. He asked about past jobs, and responsibilities. The interview seemed to be a formality because I knew they needed more coaches from the get go.
- Describe a time you had to be more responsible then your peers

Sent Resume in, took awhile for a call back, but eventually talked to a hiring manager. Was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the job. He asked a few questions but second part of interview was going out and coaching in field. Guessing this is where they determine if you are fit for the job as questions don't really show how you act around kids. Everything went well and I got the job.
- Describe your previous work experience in working with kids. How were you challenged when working with these children?
