relaxed, very friendly atmosphere. typically one on one interviews with key management people and group interviews with few engineers. typically lasts for 30 min per session and there are 4 sessions. then there is lab tour and explain the company operations. it is good to go prepared about the company background and their technology.

Several person in the company introduced the main products and structure of the company, and try to find out what contribution I can bring to the company. They also asked me whether I can optimize the production process. This is a start-up company, not very big. The people there are friendly generally speaking.
