What was a difficult situation that I had overcome in the last 6 months in my current role?
Initial HR Screening: A phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Lee Keret) to discuss background and fit.
Manager Screening: A brief 15-minute introductory call with the hiring manager, Dudi Sendler (Director, Integration & Development).
Technical Take-Home Exam: A practical assignment focused on Workato. I was given a 24-hour timeframe to complete the task.
Technical Review: A follow-up session held 24 hours later to present my solution, explain the logic behind the workflow, and defend the technical choices I made.
On-Site Final Interviews: A visit to the company offices for two final meetings:
An in-depth HR interview.
A final professional interview with Dudi Sendler.

First I had an interview with the HR representative, then with one of the team leaders who gave me a brief technical exam and a brief subsequent interview to review the result (check the operation and the data obtained). a new interview with another leader and a final in-person interview at the offices to find out the location and confirm the details of the contract.
