Pretty quick process. Got feedback in a timely manner. Interviewed with managenent and a senior customer service representative. Their vision was clear in what they wanted to accomplish. The department seemed to be run well. I was offered the position but ultimately declined. Another company I interviewed with offered more pay and the hours were better suited for me.
