I applied online through LinkedIn and received an initial recruiter call a few weeks later. The recruiter asked why I was interested in working at Allegiant, the difference between a join and blend in Tableau, salary compensation and immediately set-up a phone interview for the following week.
The phone interview was with the Director or IT and I was asked about 5 questions. 2 behavioral, 2 company related and 1 analytical.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Allegiant Air (Las Vegas, NV) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process was quite comprehensive. There were 3 rounds as described below:
1) 1-page questionnaire provided by HR representative one week after the job application was submitted. Had some basic questions about SQL and Tableau experience, reason for wanting to work with Allegiant, etc. Had two business days to submit and then would be emailed about phone interview if they were happy with answers.
2) Phone interview with hiring manager. Very structured and lasted about 30 minutes. Asked about experience with SQL and Tableau, behavioral type questions, and hypothetical questions with regards to company financials and business model. Was told I would hear back within 2 weeks about WebEx interview if they decided to move forward.
3) Final interview was 2 weeks later via WebEx due to the pandemic. It lasted roughly 1 hour. I was given a SQL database schema prior to the interview and asked to study it. The interview was very structured and involved a lot of SQL programming (screen share mandatory) along with some Tableau visualization hypotheticals (verbal only). At the end of the interview I asked some questions and was told I would hear back within 2-3 weeks.
I was called back about 4 weeks later with an offer. This took longer due to approvals in times of a pandemic. Typically this process doesn't take as long.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allegiant Air
Interview
The first screening was basic HR questions about the goals and why do you want this job? What qualifications make you fit for this job . What do you plan to achieve etc.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Allegiant Air (Tucson, AZ) in Sept 2017
Interview
There were three people from the company coming to our campus recruiting. They were nice and friendly. The interview was not too difficult. It took only twenty minutes. The employee benefits are what attracted me. Allegiant also provides H1B sponsorship, which is great for international students.
