While I did get the job... I found the most senior level interview to be borderline inappropriate. Questions were far more personal than professional; it was clear this person hasn't changed with the times. It felt like I was on an interview in the 1970s. I can only imagine the questions a woman might encounter. If there was ever a company in need of a large-scale retraining effort, this is it. The more junior (read: younger) interviewers seemed a lot more correct in their approach, but those over 55ish simply had no business being in the position to talk with candidates. This one senior level interview almost made me get up, leave politely, and not give the company a second thought.
