I had a phone interview and then a in person interview with the president. He was very nice and funny. He really made the interview easy. He is very passionate about the company and industry. He did most of the talking. He did make me want to work for the company even though he didn't ask me too many questions about me.

The interview process was setup in a fairly relaxed environment. Being a smaller company, there wasn't a series of interviews. They knew exactly what they were looking for and it seemed to allow everything to flow easily.
