Some sort of paranoia imagination about senior engineering technical skills. Himself doesn't have more than 4 grades in a Bachelor of Arts. Doesn't pay more minimum respect to diversity/minority. Very cheap to honor interview expenses for candidates outside state. The client was interested in bringing me for onsite interview, after interviewing with management. the Alliance "director" acted unprofessional in fulfilling client expectation. Be caution!!!
