Alliance Laundry Inventory Control interview questions

Process was strange. recruiter emailed me and set up a time, never met her during the process. 2 hours long, first person I met with was benefits manager. Huh? I didn't understand that part at all. Next was the person that I'd be working for, spend about an hour with. Next was the purchasing department, and finally I met with 3 people who were buyers I believe. Never actually asked me any meaningful questions, they were talking to themselves and I felt like I was the elephant in the room. Interview just stopped abruptly.
