Interview
Phone interview with the CEO followed by an in-person interview. Interviewed with directors of 2 different departments and received an offer by email a couple of weeks later. The interview was mostly about getting to know each other, future plans, and past experience, felt more like a conversation than an interview.

He asked me if I knew how to change a tire, how far I was willing to drive outside business hours and basically a lot of car maintenance info. They want people to start because turnover is high.
