I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein in Oct 2017
Interview
Overall good experience, no whiteboard, real problem, programming in visual studio.
The problem is straightforward if you have experiences, but focus on data structure.
The interviewers are friendly and helpful. Even thought I didn't get the offer(very close), I still have fun solving those interview problems.

Question 1
Behavioral question based on resume. First Second round was like same as first round. Should be solid about the projects and the interns that were mentioned in the resume. It was easy & friendly
Too much detail and peer programming glitches, interviewer was aloof. Several emails and rescheduling, I had 2 phone interviews and a zoom peer programming session. I believe this is a fine company but is lacking the southern standards that Nashville is famous for.
