Brief phone call, did not seem interested in why I wanted to work for the company but whether or not I had necessary skills. The skills emphasized were basic skills nowadays, don't know why it was very important. Asked about powerpoint and scheduling experience.

The interview process took about two months. I interviewed over the phone, as an initial screening, with a manager. I heard back about six weeks later. In round two I interviewed with a manager, two senior associates, and a junior associate. I got the response a week after the interview

Interview
Pretty standard interview process- phone call and two in office interviews over about a month and a half. I met with 9 different employees and everyone was extremely intelligent and friendly. I had a great experience meeting everyone and enjoyed learning about the company but I never heard back after my third round. I understand not getting an offer but I find it unprofessional that they never got back to me after two in person meetings.
