Applied online and was contacted for an interview roughly a month thereafter. First interview was a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter, who was incredibly nice and helpful. Second interview was a 30-minute Zoom meeting with the manager who was late to the meeting and made it clear that they had a "hard stop" at the end of our 30-minute window. The manager didn't seem particularly engaged in the interview and made comment about my accent within the first three minutes of the interview. When I didn't hear anything back, I reached out to the recruiter for an update (at the suggestion of the manager in I2) once the "hear back" window had come and gone. I sent an email and left a voicemail, and never heard anything back from anyone after that. I only found out that I was not moving further in the process because I checked their application page.
Having only gone through the first two rounds, I can't speak for what subsequent interviews would have been like. They did indicate that there would likely be at least two more interviews, however, for a total of four. However, I do find ghosting your candidates and not even sending a system-generated email thanking the candidate for their time off-putting. Interviews are a two-way street; the candidate is giving you their time as well.
