      Creative Director Interview

      8 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alliant Credit Union in Apr 2026

      Interview

Applied online through the portal, and was contacted after about 3 weeks. The interview request came via email with all the candidates CC'd for the role. After setting up the time for the interview, the recruiter said they'd be in contact for the next steps. After about 3.5 weeks since said interview with no word back, no next steps, or a declination email, it is safe to say that I have been ghosted. While I don't mind not getting the job, not being the best fit, or anything along those lines, ghosting candidates is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.
