HR takes a long time to communicate. Interviewing with the whole team and other subject matter experts in the co was helpful to get an idea of who you will be working with. My first interview was in April and I didn't hear anything until June.

Interview
Fairly quickly after application, HR set up an intial phone screening. That was followed by 3 three back-to-back in-person interviews. The format was very conversational, with a few prepared questions followed by discussion of answers.

Asked about previous experience and motivation for doing this particular job. Very cooperative and pleasant environment. The interviewer introduced me to potential future employees and took the time to go through any questions at the end.
