I went through all the initial interviewing processes and I received an email asking for my references, which I sent through and then I was ghosted! I called the hiring manager to no answer, I left a voice message with no return call, I emailed her previously to ask what was happening. I felt embarrassed as my references were called and now nothing.... I even let go of an opportunity with someone else as I really wanted to work with Allianz. I guess this is a blessing in disguise, as they have showed a very strange character and unprofessionalism.
