Second online interview with head of department with in-depth task given to prepare in advance
Final interview in person to meet the remaining team
From the discussion in the interview it was clear the role description didn’t match who they wanted to hire. Role was a junior position, from the interview they were looking for a senior marketing manager to build a team. Very disappointing experience.
