The interview process began with a friendly HR call (30-45 min.), where we discussed my background, role expectations, and company culture. This was followed by a more in-depth manager call focused on my skills and experience. Finally, there is an in-person meeting to allowed for a deeper connection. Though I didn´t make it to the final stage the talks were very friendly and I felt very appreciated.
